DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON IMPALA PLATINUM HOLDINGS LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("IMPIDG")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Impala Platinum
Holdings Limited have declared an interim dividend of 120 cents per ordinary
share payable on Monday, 16 March 2009 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 13 March 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, IMPIDG,
will receive an Impala Platinum Holdings Limited interim dividend of 120 cents
per security on Monday, 16 March 2009, in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 6 March 2009.
IMPIDG Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 9 March 2009, and the record date will
be Friday, 13 March 2009.
