CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr VD Mazibuko has resigned as an
executive director of the Group but will continue to serve on the board of
directors of the Group in the capacity of a non-executive director with effect
from 1 February 2009.
The board thanks Mr Mazibuko for his valuable contribution on an operational
level and will continue to draw on his experience in providing strategic
direction in his new role.
