DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IMP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for IMPALA PLATINUM
HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
IMPALA PLATINUM HOLDINGS LIMITED (IMP) the Trustees of the IMP Share Instalment
have declared a dividend amount of 120 cents per IMPNIE share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 16 March 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 6 March 2009. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 9 March 2009 and the record date
will be Friday, 13 March 2009.
