INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the interest amount payable for GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED and that as a result of the interest declaration
relating to GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared an interest amount of 56.244 cents per GRTNIE
share instalment that is payable on Monday, 16 March 2009.
The last day to trade cum interest is Friday, 6 March 2009. The share instalment
will commence trading ex interest from Monday, 9 March 2009 and the record date
will be Friday, 13 March 2009.
