CLARIFICATION OF MVELA RESOURCES` STRATEGY
Shareholders are referred to press reports released today which suggest that
Mvela Resources intends to, inter alia, unbundle its interest in Northam
Platinum Limited. As set out in Mvela Resources` press release today, Mvela
Resources will continue to explore various options to unlock shareholder value.
However, no firm decisions have been taken in this regard and shareholders will
be advised if and when such decisions are taken.
