FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 4 September 2008,
16 October 2008, 1 December 2008 and 12 January 2009, shareholders of Trans
Hex are advised that negotiations are still in an ongoing phase with De Beers
Consolidated Mines Limited ("DBCM") in relation to Trans Hex exploring options
regarding the mining and processing operations conducted by DBCM`s Namaqualand
Mines Division. Accordingly, shareholders of the company are advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the company`s securities until
a detailed announcement is made.
