RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
1. Results of annual general meeting
At the annual general meeting of Pioneer Foods shareholders held today, 20
February 2009, the requisite majority of shareholders approved the ordinary
and special resolutions proposed at the meeting.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies
and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
2. Change of company secretary
Shareholders are advised that Mr Pieter Stofberg has resigned as company
secretary to Pioneer Foods and Ms Thiroshnee Naidoo has been appointed as
company secretary, effective 19 February 2009.
