Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Ms Grathel Mothau has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to
the Board of York.
Ms Mothau is a qualified chartered accountant (BCompt (Hons), CA(SA)) and
currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Blue IQ Investments.
Outside of her full-time employment she serves on a number of boards, audit
committees and is a member of, amongst others, the African Women Chartered
Accountants Association, Advancement of Black Accountants of South Africa and
the South African Business Women`s Association.
Appointment of Acting Chief Financial Officer
Mr Koot van der Walt has been appointed as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of
York pending the finalisation of the process of recruiting and appointing a
Financial Director.
