Board Appointments
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of
Wilson Bayly Holmes - Ovcon Limited ("WBHO") is pleased to announce the
following appointments :
Ms Angelina Nomgando (Gando) Nomalungelo Matyumza be appointed to the board as
an independent non-executive director and chairperson of the audit committee
with effect from 23 February 2009.
Ms Matyumza is a chartered accountant having completed BComm, Hons BCompt and
LLB degrees.
Mr Jacobus(Kobie)Petrus Botha be appointed to the board as an executive director
and chairperson of the risk committee with effect from 23 February 2009.
Mr Botha a civil engineer (BSc Civil Eng), is group managing director of the
Roads and Earthworks Division and has 28 years service with WBHO.
The board welcomes the above directors and looks forward to their input.
