CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.59 (a) and (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given that the Board of
Directors of the company ("the Board") have approved the appointment of Mr
Francois Swart as a non executive director, with immediate effect
The Top Fix board welcomes the appointment of Francois and looks forward to his
valued input.
Francois is a qualified chartered accountant and a CFA Charterholder. Prior to
joining PSG Capital, Francois was based in London for 4 years with Goldman Sachs
International as an executive director in fixed income, currency and
commodities. Francois joined PSG Capital in March 2007 and is part of the PSG
Group private equity management team.
