CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that QPG has entered into negotiations with Savana
Trust to acquire 25% of the issued share capital of Savana Property
(Proprietary) Limited, which is developing a R1 billion new mixed use
development currently under construction in Sandton named the Sandton Eye, which
if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the
company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
