CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Johann
Theunis Opperman has been appointed as an executive director of the company with
effect from 20 February 2009.
Johann (B.Com (Hons.) Business Management, MBA (cum laude)) has over 20 years`
experience in equity investments spanning property and business, property
finance, corporate banking and general management processes. Before joining QPG
he was a Director of structured finance, residential finance and marketing in
the Property Finance Division of Standard Bank Group Limited.
His treasury experience, capital raising expertise, proven deal-making
capability, financial markets knowledge and comprehensive network are expected
to contribute strongly to QPG`s growth prospects.
