Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above RLOIDD, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R36.49 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business on Friday, 20 February
2009 the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been
terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R26.76. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on 23 February 2009 = 3676.44 cents
The VWAP on 24 February 2009= 3436.5 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 3554.97 cents
Rebate payment of 878.97 cents
Holders will receive R8.79 for every warrant held
