WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 21 November 2008 and
12 January 2009 and are advised that the negotiations are no longer in progress
and that the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn.
Accordingly, shareholders no longer need to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s shares.
