RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the company`s annual general meeting held
today, all resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting, save
for ordinary resolution numbers 9 and 10 relating to the control of authorized
but unissued shares and a general authority for directors to issue shares for
cash and special resolution number 1 relating to a general authority for the
company to repurchase shares, which resolutions were withdrawn prior to the
meeting`s commencement, were passed by the requisite number of shareholders
present and voting, in person or by proxy, at the annual general meeting.
