APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF MURRAY &
ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Murray & Roberts is pleased to announce the appointment of Adv Mahlape Sello as
independent non-executive director and member of its Audit Committee with effect
from 25 February 2009.
Adv Sello currently serves on the Johannesburg Bar Council and is a member of
the South African Law Reform Commission. She is also chairperson of the Advisory
Committee on Licensing of Private Hospitals at the Gauteng Department of Health.
