The Company was informed on 24 February 2009 that Lonzim Holdings Limited
("Lonzim Holdings"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lonzim Plc, on:
(i) 29 October 2008, acquired 247,817 ordinary shares in the Company
(ii) subscribed 55,000,000 ordinary shares in the placing by the Company
announced on 11 November 2008;
(iii) 11 and 12 November 2008, disposed of 940,000 ordinary shares in the
Company,
(iv) 3 December 2008, acquired 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company; and
(v) 12 January 2009, acquired 375,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
Lonzim Holdings` therefore currently holds 59,682,817 ordinary shares in the
Company representing an approximate 7.8 per cent. holding in the Company`s total
issued share capital of 763,819,076 ordinary shares.
