REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 11th annual general meeting of the shareholders of Sekunjalo held on 25
February 2009, all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed
at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due course.
