Trading Statement
In terms of section 3.4 paragraph b of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
("the JSE Listings Requirements"), ADvTECH is required to issue a trading
statement as soon as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will
differ by at least 20% from the financial results of the previous corresponding
period.
Shareholders are notified that ADvTECH`s headline earnings per share, earnings
per share and diluted earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2008 are
expected to be between 25% and 30% higher than for the previous year.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by ADvTECH`s auditors. The audited results for the year
ended 31 December 2008 are expected to be published on or about 23 March 2009.
