DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MUR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MURRAY & ROBERTS
HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
MURRAY & ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED (MUR) the Trustees of the MUR Share Instalment
have declared a dividend amount of 85 cents per MURNIC share instalment that is
payable on Monday, Tuesday 14 April 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 2 April 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 3 April 2009 and the
record date will be Thursday, 9 April 2009.
