CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Mr Peter Bieber, who retired from the Control Instruments board at the end of
May 2008 after eleven years as a non-executive director, has been reappointed to
the board with effect from 1 March 2009.
In addition to his role as a non-executive director Mr Bieber will be chairman
of the Group`s Audit Committee. Mr Bieber`s extensive experience of the Group
and sound knowledge of the industries in which the Group operates will add
significant value to the Group during this difficult time in the global
automotive industry.
