RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mr. John Rabb resigned as non-executive director
of Spur with effect from 25 February 2009 due to his recent relocation to the
United Kingdom. Spur chairman Allen Ambor thanked John for the role he has
played in the group since his appointment. "The board and the company as a whole
has benefited from John`s contribution. The board and the committees John was a
member of were strengthened by his participation."
