and subsequent sale of shares, in respect of the
Hulamin component of the original Tongaat-Hulett
Group scheme which, following the Hulamin
unbundling, is now settled in Tongaat Hulett
shares.
OPTION PRICE: R7.77 in respect of the Hulamin component, which
equates to R25.13 on the Tongaat Hulett component
NUMBER OF OPTIONS EXERCISED: 60,000 in respect of the Hulamin component, which
equates to 2,125 Tongaat Hulett options
NUMBER OF SHARES SOLD: 2,125
SELLING PRICE: R76.71
NATURE OF INTEREST: Direct beneficial
