CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of TCS hereby notifies its shareholders that
Gideon Sam has resigned as a non-executive director and as the Chairman of the
company with immediate effect. Gideon has resigned so as to allow him to
concentrate on his new position as President of the South African Sports
Confederation and Olympic Committee (SASCOC).
The board of TCS thanks Gideon for his contribution and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
Lindikhaya Sipoyo, who is currently a non-executive director of the company, has
agreed to act as the interim chairman until a successor to Gideon has been
appointed.
