CLOSED PERIOD SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME
Shareholders are hereby advised that Mazor has granted a mandate for the
repurchase of its ordinary shares during its closed period. This period
commences on 1 March 2009 and terminates on or about 20 May 2009 when the
Company is scheduled to publish its year end results.
The mandate has been entered into with a single agent who has full discretion in
executing the Repurchase Programme. Any purchases will be effected within
certain pre-set parameters.
