CLOSED PERIOD SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME
Shareholders are hereby advised that Afrimat has, via its subsidiary company,
granted a mandate for the repurchase of its ordinary shares during its closed
period. This period commences on 1 March 2009 and terminates on or about 14 May
2009 when the Company is scheduled to publish its year end results.
The mandate has been entered into with a single agent who has full discretion in
executing the Repurchase Programme. The intention is to repurchase the Company`s
shares to a maximum value of R9 million. Any purchases will be effected within
certain pre-set parameters.
