DEALING IN SECURITIES BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTCO STAFF SHARE INCENTIVE TRUST
- VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In a resolution passed by the Trustees on 4 July 2008 (please refer to 10 July
2008 SENS announcement), the Trustees resolved to sell the securities held by
the Trust, because the Trust was replaced by a Share Appreciation Rights Scheme
for all Trustco employees which had been implemented.
In line with the notice to shareholders relating to the primary dual listing of
Trustco`s shares on the African Board of the JSE, the Trustees of the Staff
Share Incentive Trust have dematerialised their shareholding previously held
with the Namibian register to enable the Trust to trade on the JSE.
In pursuance thereof and in compliance with Rule 3.63 (b) of the NSX Listing
Requirements the following information is disclosed:
Directors: Dr D Namwandi and Mr A H Toivo ya Toivo, who acted in their
capacities as trustees of the Trust.
