CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with Section 3.59 (a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given that Mr Terence Kretzmann has been
appointed, and Mr Stewart Rodger has retired, as Company Secretary to Dialogue
with effect from 26 February 2009.
Terence joined Dialogue in January 2006 and as an executive fulfilled a number
of roles in business development and corporate finance, most notable in the
listing and subsequent corporate action.
The board expresses its gratitude to Stewart Rodger for his guidance and
mentorship over the last five years as Company Secretary and wishes him well in
his retirement.
