APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), the Board of
Directors of StratCorp is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Steven
Firer as an Independent, Non-Executive Director with effect from 25 February
2009. Dr. Firer will also serve as a member on the board`s audit committee.
