CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF SILVERBRIDGE
With reference to the SENS announcement dated 23 January 2009 whereby
notification was given that Silverbridge is currently considering the
appointment of a new representative of Metropolitan Holdings Limited.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given that:
Mr. Tyrrel Craig Murray, a General Manager in Group Finance and Investor
Relations at Metropolitan Holdings Limited, was appointed as a non executive
director to the board of Silverbridge with effect from 25 February 2009.
