APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CEO
As announced on 21 November 2008, Andrew Marshall resigned as CEO of Oceana
Group with effect from 28 February 2009.
The board has appointed Rod Nicol as Acting CEO until it makes a formal
appointment of a person on a permanent basis to that office. During this period
he will continue with his duties as Financial Director of the company.
Oceana`s Remuneration and Nominations Committee is well advanced in the process
of considering candidates for appointment to the position of CEO and expects to
make a recommendation to the board by 31 March 2009.
