The board of directors advise that, at the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders held at the registered offices of the company on Friday, 27
February 2009, the ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of the Annual
General Meeting contained in the company`s 2008 Annual Financial Statements,
were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution whereby authority was given to the company and/or any of
its subsidiary companies, to by way of a general authority, acquire ordinary
shares issued by the Company is in the process of being submitted to the
Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.
