SUSPENSION OF LISTING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 February
2009 regarding the suspension of the listing of the company with effect from the
commencement of trade today.
The suspension is in accordance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, as Wesco has been classified as a cash company for six months, and
while a number of approaches have been made to the board regarding the future
listing of the company, none have as yet come to fruition.
Shareholders are advised that the major shareholder of the company is
considering various alternatives regarding the delisting of the company and a
further announcement in this regard will be published in due course.
