RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND APPOINTMENT OF ACTING COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is
hereby given that Ms Alma Kennedy has resigned as Company secretary, with effect
from 31 March 2009, to take up a position elsewhere.
Mr EA (Ted) Rea will serve as Acting Company secretary from 1 April 2009 until a
permanent successor to Ms Kennedy has been appointed.
