Further to the cautionary announcement dated 20 January 2009, shareholders
are advised that the Company is still in negotiations regarding the potential
transaction. The potential transaction if concluded could have an effect on
the price of Square One shares. Shareholders are therefore advised to
exercise caution in dealing with the shares of Square One until such time
that a further announcement is made.
