CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements,
shareholders are advised that subsequent to the resignation of Mr. PJP
Badenhorst as interim Company Secretary, Ms N van Wyk has been appointed by the
Board as Company Secretary with effect from 4 March 2009.
Mr. Badenhorst will resume his full time duties as the Group Legal Counsel of
the AFGRI Group.
