Change in responsibilities
In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings
requirements, Argent advises that Ms Sue Cox will be resigning as Financial
Director on 1 April 2009 and will continue with the company as a Director on an
operational level.
Mrs Jennifer Etchells will be appointed as Financial Director with effect from 1
April 2009. Mrs Etchells, a Chartered Accountant with a Higher Diploma in
Advanced Taxation as well as an Australian Masters Degree in Company Law and
Taxation, brings a wealth of relevant experience gained in her 28 years in the
audit profession with amongst others, Deloittes and BDO Spencer Stewart.
