AVI shareholders are referred to the AVI cautionary announcement dated 26
January 2009 regarding a potential offer by Tiger Brands Limited ("Tiger
Brands") for AVI and the Tiger Brands withdrawal of cautionary announcement
released on SENS today, 4 March 2009.
AVI shareholders are accordingly advised that they are no longer required to
exercise caution when dealing in AVI shares.
