CHANGE OF NAME OF SET POINT
1. INTRODUCTION
At the annual general meeting held on 2 February 2009, the requisite majority of
Set Point shareholders approved the special resolution relating to the change of
the company`s name, Set Point Technology Holdings Limited to Set Point Group
Limited. The special resolution has been registered with CIPRO.
2. SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
The salient dates and times for the implementation of the change of name of the
company are set out below:

Last day to trade under old name "Set Point Friday, 20 March
Technology Holdings Limited"
Change of name on the JSE effective from the Monday, 23 March

Trade under the new name "Set Point Group Monday, 23 March
Limited" under the JSE share code "SPO",
abbreviated name "SETPOINT" and ISIN:
ZAE000132601 from the commencement of trading
Record date for the change of name Friday, 27 March
New share certificates reflecting the change of Monday, 30 March
name posted by registered post, to Set Point
certificated shareholders who have surrendered
their documents of title on or before 12:00 on
the record date (see note iii below) on or about
Dematerialised Set Point shareholders` accounts Monday, 30 March
updated with new name by their CSDP or broker
Notes:
i. The dates and times provided for in this circular are subject to amendment.
Any such amendment will be released on SENS and published in the press.
ii. Shareholders will not be able to dematerialise or rematerialise securities
in the name of Set Point after Friday, 20 March 2009, and may only dematerialise
their new Set Point Group Limited shares from Monday, 30 March 2009.
iii. Certificated Set Point shareholders who surrender their existing documents
of title after 12:00 on the record date will have their new share certificates
mailed within five business days of receipt thereof by the transfer secretaries,
by registered post in South Africa, at the risk of the shareholders concerned.
CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS
Set Point shareholders are hereby notified that a circular regarding the change
of name, including a form of surrender, will be dispatched to shareholders on
Friday, 6 March 2009.
