PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH EPiA MINERALS
Alliance Mining has successfully negotiated a partnership agreement with EPiA
Minerals, a fully owned subsidiary of EPiA Holdings, a well established Namibian
Empowerment group, leading to the formation of Alliance Mining Corporation
Namibia (Pty) Limited ("AMCON").
The formation of AMCON will enable Alliance Mining to extend its footprint and
business model over Southern Africa, providing the full circle service solutions
to the mining industry.
Apart from its current service divisions, it will form associated service
partnerships with other Namibian companies, in order to provide the full circle
of services, not only to the mining sector, but also towards agriculture,
infrastructure and affordable housing projects.
Alliance Mining holds 70% and EPiA Minerals 30% equity in AMCON.
