DECLARED CASH DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON STANDARD BANK GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("SBKIDF")
The Directors of Standard Bank Group Limited have declared a cash dividend of
193 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 6 April 2009 to ordinary
shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on
Friday, 3 April 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, SBKIDF,
will receive a Standard Bank Group Limited cash dividend of 193 cents per
ordinary share, payable on Monday, 6 April 2009 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 27 March 2009.
SBKIDF Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 30 March 2009, and the record date will
be Friday, 3 April 2009.
