WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 4 September
2008, 16 October 2008, 1 December 2008 and 12 January 2009, and are advised that
ongoing discussions with De Beers Consolidated Mines Limited ("DBCM") in
relation to the mining and processing operations conducted by DBCM`s Namaqualand
Mines Division, have ceased in view of the current uncertain global economic and
industry conditions. Caution is no longer required to be exercised by
shareholders when dealing in their securities.
