SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TKG SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the special dividend amount payable for TELKOM SA
LTD and that as a result of the special dividend declaration relating to
TELKOM SA LTD (TKG) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a special dividend amount of 1900 cents per TKGNNC share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 18 May 2009.
The last day to trade cum special dividend is Friday, 8 May 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex special dividend from Monday, 11 May
2009 and the record date will be Friday, 15 May 2009.
