DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for THE BIDVEST GROUP
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to THE
BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED (BVT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have
declared a dividend amount of 100 cents per BVTNIE share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 30 March 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 20 March 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 23 March 2009 and
the record date is Friday, 27 March 2009.
