Appointment of new group financial director
Hudaco Industries Limited is pleased to advise that Mr. Clifford Amoils CA (SA)
will join the group as Group Financial Director in July or August this year.
(The exact date will be confirmed in due course). He will succeed Mr. Peter
Poole who retires in July 2009.
Mr. Amoils has been a partner at Grant Thornton for 21 years and is currently
head of its audit division. This has provided him with extensive experience in
auditing listed companies, general management and corporate finance activities.
He currently serves on Grant Thornton International`s Audit Advisory Committee
and is a member of the GAAP Monitoring Panel of the JSE. Hudaco is delighted to
have someone of his proven calibre and experience join the Group.
