CLARIFICATION OF CAPITAL REDUCTION IN LIEU OF A FINAL DIVIDEND
Further to the Liberty Holdings Limited financial results for the year ended 31
December 2008 released on SENS on 26 February 2009, and the declaration of a
distribution to shareholders of 291 cents in the form of a capital reduction,
attention of shareholders is drawn to the fact that the capital reduction is
from capitalised profits and therefore will be treated as a dividend in the
hands of both the company and the shareholder.
