Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a
possible quarterly distribution by PropTrax SAPY to holders of PropTrax SAPY
securities.

Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Friday, 20 March
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Monday, 23 March
Record date: Friday, 27 March
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) will be made on Friday, 24
April 2009.
