DECLARED INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SASOL LIMITED ENHANCED
DISTRIBUTION SECURITIES (EDS) - ("SOLIDF")
The Directors of Sasol Limited have declared an interim cash dividend of R2.50
per ordinary share payable on Tuesday, 14 April 2009 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Thursday, 9
April 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Distribution Securities,
SOLIDF, will receive a Sasol Limited interim cash dividend of R2.50 per security
on Tuesday, 14 April 2009 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Thursday, 2
April 2009.
SOLIDF Enhanced Distribution Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Friday, 3 April 2009 and the record date
will be Thursday, 9 April 2009.
