CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of White Water Resources hereby notifies its
shareholders that with effect from 1 March 2009, Mr Stephen Black has been
appointed as a non-executive director, replacing Ms Nondumiso Swana who has
resigned as an independent non-executive director.
Stephen graduated with a BCom degree from the University of Natal in 1987 and
has 20 years` financial and accounting experience with various companies in
both South Africa and internationally, including but not limited to I&J,
Barclays and Deutsche Bank. He currently operates his own financial
consulting practice in Cape Town where he consults to various clients on
financial and accounting matters.
The board of directors would like to thank Nondumiso for her contribution to
the company and wishes her success in the future.
