DEALING IN SECURITIES
Linked unitholders are advised that, on 9 March 2009, Ngatana
Property Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Ngatana") disposed of 761,444
Redefine linked units at 620 cents, 38,556 Redefine linked units at 622 cents,
1,974,266 Redefine linked units at 625 cents and 25,734 Redefine linked units
at 627 cents (with a total value of R17,461,285.80). The family trust of which
Dines Gihwala, who is the non-executive chairman of Redefine, is a trustee and
of which his immediate family members are beneficiaries, holds an indirect 20%
interest in Ngatana.
